Installation Process

  1. Site Survey & Layout – Stake grades and trench paths using total-station or laser level.

  2. Excavation & Haul-Off – Strip topsoil, over-excavate to engineered depth, and remove spoils.

  3. Compaction & Bedding – Compact subgrade and install 4″–6″ of ¾″ gravel as a stable base.

  4. Septic Tank Placement – Lower precast tank on level gravel, hook up inlet/outlet piping.

  5. Field Pipe & Distribution Box – Lay perforated piping in gravel trenches, connect to distribution box.

  6. Backfill & Final Grade – Refill trenches, restore grade, and prepare site for next phase.
